Since being founded by Koichi Motokubo, Motokubo Machine Tool Works Co., Ltd.
has been in the machinery business for 70 years, improving our ability to make
machine tools in particular.
In the mid 1960s, second President Shuichi Motokubo steered the company
towards the development of purpose-specific machine tools and labor-saving　　　　　　　　　
machines as "Motokubo brand of purpose-specific Milling Machine".
Those efforts have blossomed today in the Motokubo Mills that customers are
happily using.
Around the same period, we got started in gear manufacturing not only grounding
and manufacturing gears, but also developing and producing a full　range of speed　　　　　　　　　
increasing/decreasing gears.　　
Motokubo may be small in size, but we continue to build on 70 years of
engineering expertise through the relentless pursuit of "hi-tech".
